The reducer generally does not require any additional cooling. The surface of the general body is sufficient to enusure the heat generated by the reducer when the reducer is running under the condition of natural air convection.
Paint
The surface paint of the reducer shall be supplied according to the default color (blue) and type when the user has no special requirements.
CONDITIONS OF USE
- Ambient temperature-40℃~50℃ (when starting below 0℃,the lubricating oil needs to be heated to above 0℃ or add lubricating oil antifreeze).
- The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
- There is no corrosive liquid, harmful gas, vapor, radiation, etc. in the working environment.
- The input speed of the reducer is not more than 1800r/min.
- The circumferential speed of the gear is not more than 22m/s.
- Suitable for various work systems, allowing forward and reverse operation. (If the spiral bevel gear reducer only bears one-way load, please indicate the direction of rotation from the direction of the output shaft, which will help to improve the force of the spiral bevel gear).
- When connecting the motor directly, pay attention to the restrictions on the use conditions of the motor.
