Annual Work Summary

The conference officially commenced at 11:30 AM. Amidst soothing background music, all members of the Evergear family entered the venue in an orderly fashion. Following this, General Manager Mr.Zheng delivered an important speech, highly praising the hard work of all Evergear colleagues over the past year. He also outlined clear plans and high expectations for the company's development strategy, industry prospects, and team building, drawing a clear blueprint for the new year's journey.

Each department presented a variety of artistic performances: the CNC workshop's dance "Legend of the Hungry Wolf" was spirited and dynamic; the final assembly workshop's "Seal Dance" was lively and cheerful; the technical department's crosstalk "Laughing and Talking about Evergear" was full of witty remarks; the quality department's "Dancing with Sticks" was wonderful; the administration department's chorus "I Am Just Like You" was deeply moving; and the box body processing workshop's "Half Moon Serenade" was captivating... fully demonstrating the spirit of unity, cooperation, and versatility of Hengchi employees.

EVERGEAR held a grand ceremony to recognize 22 outstanding employees of the year. Department heads presented certificates of honor and awards, and group photos were taken to commemorate the occasion, highlighting role models and promoting a spirit of hard work. The event also included multiple rounds of lucky draws, with prizes ranging from practical kitchen appliances to smart wearables, revealing the winners of the grand prize, third prize, second prize, and first prize. The prizes were distributed among the winners, creating a lively atmosphere. Amidst laughter and joy, all EVERGEAR family members shared a warm moment, feeling the company's care and further strengthening their sense of belonging and team cohesion.

This year-end conference concluded successfully in a warm, harmonious, and inspiring atmosphere. It was not only a summary and commendation event, but also a collective mobilization to build consensus and inspire motivation. Our company will continue to uphold the philosophy of "persist in heart ,persistent in gears," joining hands with all colleagues to write a new chapter of high-quality development in 2026 with even greater enthusiasm!
